Work may commence after the required advance payment or confirmation. Additional features, revisions beyond the agreed scope, third-party services, hosting, domain registration, licences, and subscription charges may incur extra costs.

3. Project timelines & client responsibilities

Delivery timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and depend on the timely provision of content, images, credentials, approvals, and other required information by the client. Delays in receiving these items or changes to the agreed requirements may affect project schedules and delivery dates.

4. Changes & additional requirements

Requests outside the approved project scope may require additional charges and revised timelines. Any significant change to features, design, integrations, or functionality will be reviewed and confirmed before implementation.

5. Third-party services

Websites and software may rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs, cloud hosting providers, domain registrars, email services, and external integrations. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are governed by their respective providers. Cubix Square is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual property & ownership

Ownership and usage rights for source code, designs, content, and other deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement. Third-party themes, libraries, fonts, images, and software remain subject to their respective licences. Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to Cubix Square are authorised for use.

7. Website usage & security

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operations, or use our services for unlawful purposes. Clients are responsible for protecting their account credentials and access details and for notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.

8. Maintenance & support

Maintenance, technical support, backups, updates, and ongoing monitoring are included only where specified in the relevant proposal or service agreement. Additional support or changes outside an agreed maintenance plan may be charged separately.

9. Warranties & liability

Cubix Square will make reasonable efforts to deliver services according to the agreed specifications. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cubix Square will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Any limitation of liability will be subject to applicable law and the relevant project agreement.

Both parties should take reasonable measures to protect confidential business information shared during a project. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11. Suspension & termination

Services may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable agreement, including in cases of material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use. Any outstanding payments and agreed termination obligations will remain payable as specified in the project agreement.

12. Updates to these terms

Cubix Square may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on this website with the revised effective date where appropriate.

13. Governing law

These terms are subject to the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts having jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement between the parties.
